Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use vititude.autos and the referral service Vititude Floor Coating offers there. By browsing the site, calling its number or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What Vititude Floor Coating Offers

Vititude Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. Vititude Floor Coating does not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or fix concrete. It is also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, schedule, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. Vititude Floor Coating does not employ, supervise or control them. It makes no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that vary by job. None of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Fair Use of the Site

Please give honest information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to reach areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that Vititude Floor Coating and the provider you are referred to may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@vititude.autos.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Vititude Floor Coating or to those who license them to it. Copying or reusing them for business purposes needs permission.

Limits on Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Vititude Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.
