How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who reach out to Vititude Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to share a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How a call or message with Vititude Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Vititude Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@vititude.autos and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
